Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrances once they have been purchased.

All Sales Are Final

Please note the following:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances, due to health and safety regulations.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal dislike of a scent, or if the product does not meet personal expectations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will be happy to investigate and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue store credit.
